Joe graduated from Harvard University in 2002 and earned his MBA in 2010 from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. For ten years, Joe served as Managing Director of Research and Insights at the Advisory Board Company, a healthcare consultancy based in Washington, DC.

Joe has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and the CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™) certification. He is an active member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of North Carolina. Based in Durham, he currently serves as the firm’s Chief Investment Officer.
